IMPORTANT NOTICE—RLI BREAKFAST AT MONTREAL IS SOLD OUT

THE RLI ANNUAL CONVENTION BREAKFAST IN MONTREAL IS NOW SOLD OUT WITH THE CAPACITY REGISTRATIONS OF 300 ATTENDEES. ANYONE WHO HAS EITHER REGISTERED THROUGH OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MICHAEL RABASCA OR HAS NOTIFIED HIM THAT HE/SHE WILL ATTEND AND/OR WILL PAY AT THE DOOR WILL BE ACCOMMODATED.

ANYONE WHO HAS NOT NOTIFIED US OF ATTENDANCE MAY CHOOSE TO BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST. THEY WOULD NEED TO CONTACT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MICHAEL RABASCA AT m.rabasca@comcast.net AND GIVE THE FULL NAMES AND DISTRICTS OF THOSE WHO WISH TO ATTEND TOGETHER WITH A CELL PHONE OR OTHER CONTACT NUMBER THAT WILL ENABLE US TO CONTACT THEM IN MONTREAL. IF THERE ARE ANY CANCELLATIONS, WE WILL NOTIFY THOSE ON THE WAITING LIST (IN ORDER OF LISTING) ON MONDAY, JUNE 21. (There are often a few cancellations.)

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY RESERVATIONS AT THE DOOR.

WE ARE GRATEFUL TO HAVE REACHED FULL CAPACITY AT THE BREAKFAST, BUT ARE SORRY WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE OTHERS WHO WOULD LIKE TO BE WITH US.

The Breakfast will take place at the Intercontinental Hotel, 360, rue Saint-Antoine Ouest, Montreal, Canada near the Convention Center. Doors open at 7:00 a.m. and the breakfast will start promptly at 7:30 a.m.

Group Meetings have been Scheduled at Montreal

Those who have requested group meetings with some International RLI Officers on Monday and Tuesday afternoons have been scheduled. Any district that wishes to consider joining RLI may contact Chair David Linett at ginlin@aol.com to see if any times are still available.

Annual Report and Updated International Brochure to be Distributed at Convention Breakfast.

A ten page hard copy Annual Report for the International RLI will be distributed at the Annual Breakfast on June 23. It was edited by PDG Doris Obremski who has also edited the previous annual reports. It will also be posted on the RLI Website prior to June 30.

The recently updated International RLI Brochures will also be available at the RLI Breakfast and may also be obtained by contacting any of the International Officers in Montreal. Many of our divisions have division brochures that may also be available in Montreal from division leaders.
