Each year, Rotary Leadership Institute International recognizes individuals who have gone above and beyond for the organization:
Michael Rabasca Outstanding Achievement Award – Established in 2010, this award recognizes exceptional achievement and service to RLI. In 2022, the award was renamed in honor of Michael Rabasca.

Candidates are nominated by their Divisions and reviewed by the awards committee. The final selections are presented at the RLI Breakfast at the International Convention each year.
